4 to 5 green chilies,
1 tbsp white vinegar,
1 tbsp salt,
1 coriander powder,
½ tbsp red chilies,
⅓ tbsp garam masala (powdered),
1 tbsp achari masala,
2 cups water,
1 cup oil,
Fresh parsley leaves.
- Take oil in a pressure cooker and add thinly sliced onions to it. When the onions turn slightly golden, add ginger-garlic paste into it and fry until golden. Now add the tomatoes, fry until a thick puree is formed. Its fine its a bit lumpy (not too lumpy). Then add chicken and white vinegar into it and fry it until it changes the colour. Add all the spices and salt fry it well again. Now add water into it and cover the pressure cooker lid. When the lid starts moving, give 8 minutes.
- After 8 minutes, open the lid and add finely cut cauliflower into it along with the green chilies. Give 1 minute more in the pressure cooker. Dish out, garnish with fresh parsley leaves and ENJOY 🙂
- If your cauliflower is hard and big size then give 2 minutes. Normally 1 minute is enough.
