Pakistani Style Macaroni

Pakistani Style Macaroni: Ingredients:

  • 2 mugs of Macaroni Pasta
  • 2 large Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 expansive Potato
  • A bunch of New Coriander/Cilantro Clears out (Hara Dhania) (for embellish) (chopped)
  • Any kind of Cheese (for sprinkling)
  • 2 tsp. Coriander Powder (Pisa Dhania)
  • 1 tsp. Ruddy Chilli Powder (Pisi Lal Mirch) (more or less may be utilized depending on taste preference.)
  • ½ tsp. Turmeric Powder (Pisi Haldi)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp. Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp.
  • Ginger Glue (Pisi Adrak)
  • 10 mugs of Water

For Seasoning:

  • 1 tsp. of Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1 tsp. of Cumin Seeds (Saabut Zeera)
  • 2 tsp. of Cooking Oil


  1. Cut all of the tomatoes, onion, and potato lengthwise. Quick bubble the water, include Pasta & cook until aldente. Save ½ glass of the water, deplete and run cold water over to halt cooking.
  2. Warm oil in a separate pan, add the onions, and sear until they are translucent. Add the ginger paste, potatoes, salt, and Tumeric powder. Cover to cook for a number of minutes. Mix tomatoes in it and cook until the juice shrinks from the tomatoes. Include the saved pasta water if necessary.
  3. Add the coriander and ruddy chili powder. Cook until the potatoes are done. Blend within the macaroni pasta and alter the flavoring. Decorate with new coriander/cilantro takes off and serve with cheese sprinkle.
